Back to the 60's in Shanghai

Rob was back to his second home – Singapore. He brought his pilot-mate along with him and visited here for a short 3 days. We do have a mini reunion with him, but sadly Lee Chuan and Eng Seen were not in town.

On Saturday, we went to try out a new club in Clarke Quay called Lunar Bar. Although it opens for about a year, but this was the 1st time I visit. It’s an Asian Fusion concept bar with live performance and decorated with beautiful Chinese cultural art such as contemporary Chinese pop art, goldfish lantern, Chinese mask and birdcage.

Cover charge is cheaper than a lot of places but you gotta bear with the poor music choice. Live Chinese music and outdated pop songs, it just doesn’t fit my taste. However, they do have some attractiveness that’s the hot and sexy pole dancers ‘phew,’ no wonder the club is pack with all the rich uncles.

Randomly

Last weekend went to some food outing, was suppose to try out some famous local food in Singapore but ended up too hungry, so we head down to The Central at Clarke Quay. For Starters we start at a pizza house (I forgot what it calls), reasonable price and nice. Price range around $6.90. After pizza, we skipped to dessert, went to Chipper for the fry Mars ball with ice cream (yummy) and sausage deep in mashed potato.

We were so full but we still needed to finish our main course, so after all, we went to Indonesian Food Restaurant, but we 3 person can’t finish the small platter set. =.=

Mr. XxX finally started his 1st swimming lesson. Ganbateh!!

One of the someday, went to Cuppage Mall for the ‘oishi’ fried rice and ramen, but the shop is renovating, so I just went to the next shop, to try out some new thing (Japanese food), it’s something like ‘Mee Goreng Pattaya’, it’s very nice but a bit too expensive for such a simple food, it’s around $12. And they intro me a lemonade import from Japan, only $2, taste good, bottle nice and cheap. :)

Nothing better can do

Ok..! Everyone who close to me knows that I don’t/ can’t cook! I remember I set up fire in A3-9-8’s kitchen where Lee Chuan helps me to put down the fire (don’t know LC can remember or not), or some uncooked or over cooked experience. My list of dished can count by fingers, pro in instant thingy. Enough of stories…

Yesterday called by my sister, the pregnant lady suddenly feel like cooking (pregnant lady really mood swing one), after my work, head down to her place and shop for things to cook at NTUC. When everything was prepared, we only realize we forget to buy mayonnaise, milk and onion. Totally forget about the potato salad!

But luckily, her husband got it before he back to home, and we finish the 4 plates so call western food within 1 hour (not bad, faster then what I expected). Overall not bad, but still too salty. Anyone can tell me why every time I cook will become so salty?

The track is hard to run.

Every time when it comes, I bet it’s the time, every time when it starts, I think it’s the time to settle it down.

But things never happen so perfectly, and the track is hard to run smoothly.

Hair Extensions!

Do or not to do? I've make this decision within 2 days. From a long hair - to a longer hair. :)

Previous hair length.

Current hair length. Weeeeee~

Was suppose to consult and make appointment this morning while I on my way to office, but the girls told me it only take less than an hour, without any chemical and electric thingy, my hair was done by 140 strands real human hair with the braiding technique.

It’s miracle that your hair can grow as long as you wish within hours.
When you think you are right, probably you are wrong.

The uninvited guest

He looked at me in the eye, he was scared, and from his heart, he told me something. Tons of troubles came from him, he jumps and he runs.
Brings me worries and sickness, but I ever forgive him.
People compared him with a cockroach, which I hate the most, but I find him was so cute.
Little there, little here, the fur flies around the world, and it only left his purrs.
He is the innocent one.

Tolerate and considerate, it’s just a bunch of stupid words.

The Story of 10 Dollar.

A:
It is small to her, because she has it since she was young even before she owns a wallet. It isn’t enough for her breakfast, it isn’t enough for her lunch, and it definitely isn’t enough for her dinner. Maybe, it is only worth a small percentage of her branded key chain and worth nothing compared to her branded bag. She frequently gives it out as a tip and she never even notices it. She spends thousand times worth of it in a forgettable night. It is never important to her.

She is not blessed with a 10 dollar.

B:
It seems large to her and she only started finding it in her wallet when she was a teenager. She was happy with it and planned to spend it for her breakfast, lunch and dinner. It can probably buy 10 of her keychain or maybe a useful handbag. She notices it when she lost the 10 dollars and she was sad. She spends it on a glass of cocktail and she enjoyed the beverage the whole night long. It is important to her.

She is blessed with 10 dollar.

C:
It seems like her whole year income; she never finds one in her pocket nor her wallet. Her weekly amount spent on the meals for her whole family is only worth 1.99 dollar. She doesn’t own a key chain because she doesn’t have a door (home) to open. She hopes people will give it as a tip for her. She never enjoyed it before. It is very important to her.

She needs 10 dollar from A and B.

No eye see

Malaysia Boleh! Isn’t it a great quote? I feel shame and disappointment of my country current situation. A sodomy allegation from the ‘TIMES top 100 most influential people’? There is nothing much better can do in Malaysia – hopeless.

Anyway, if YOU are not innocent (if you are gay):
1. You have no taste.
2. You can simply take a flight to Thailand or any other country.
3. You can find someone that willing to do with you.
4. You are not having enough torturing in the jail.
5. You are giving up your position.
6. You are giving up Malaysia.
7. Or maybe, you are proving to Malaysian or the whole world something?

I don’t think HE is that stupid.

I must think positively

I got a job (which a lot of people don’t).
I got unlimited annual leave.
My job is flexible.
I can have mc without giving mc.
I can go to work at 11am and come back home at 4pm.
I can work at home without going to office.
My colleagues don’t care about me.
I only see my boss once (2 hours) a week.
I don’t need to deal with my boss.
My pay is enough for me to eat, drink, and pay bills.
My work is easy.
I don’t need to work overtime/ odd time or weekends.

Okay, I still pissed off.
